Tears by Moustafa Amin |
Moustafa has worked with art since he was a child, drawing with pencil,
water color and then oil. He prefers oil, he says, because it
lives for ever. The portrait that made him famous was of the city
he loves, the city in which he lives. Port Said is still a free
zone at the Mediterranean Sea north of EGYPT.
The weather is very beautiful as is the nature, and the people are of good manner. It is visited by many people from all over the world. His galleries include paintings that all mean much to him, there is such beauty to be found in faces, seascapes, landscapes and flora. All the wonders he finds close to home. Moustafa loves to paint animals, especially horses. To capture their strength and movement on canvas. |

As a child, the horse pasture was Michele's grand studio. For
hours she would sit and sketch her horse. Painting caught her
interest in her twenties and she began giving her creations as gifts to
friends and family. Since 1967 she has lived in the beautiful northwest. Artistic awards include first place watercolor division in Equine Art 2000 and 2004, and second place mixed media in 2005, hosted by the Washington Thoroughbred Breeding Association at Emerald Downs, WA and 'Viewers Choice' at the North Kitsap Arts and Crafts Show. Michele Paints for gallery shows, select art fairs, commissions that include family pets or horse, and sells internationally. Preferred media is watercolor and pastel. Jeffrey Moose Gallery in downtown Seattle has available select originals and prints. |
